Office Exercises: Keep Fit While Sitting at Your Desk
It’s hard to stay in shape while sitting at a desk all day, but if you’re not ready to give in to body stereotypes just yet, we’ve got your back. One solution: mini-workouts at the office. In order to keep yourself healthier and more trim, consider adding these office-friendly exercises to your daily routine. If you add these on to your regular diet and exercise regime, you’ll feel more refreshed, strong and limber than before.
Items you might need to perform a number of these moves
(you might not need any items for others):
- Chair
- Pillow
- Towel
Some of these exercises require a bit more space, so it’s best if you can find an office or an empty conference room, rather than stretching right at your desk.
*As with all physical activity, proceed with care. If you have any concerns, contact your doctor before performing any of these exercises.*
